TA15钛合金铣削试验及磨损分析

摘要:针对刀具磨损、切削力、粗糙度和铣削长度的关系,在切削液的条件下铣削TA15钛合金,研究硬质合金刀具整个加工过程中的刀具磨损、切削力、表面粗糙度和加工长度的关系,同时研究了刀具磨损对切削力和粗糙度的变化关系。结果表明:切削力随着铣削长度的增加而增加,涂层刀具的初期磨损阶段刀具磨损量及切削力上升缓慢;钛合金工件粗糙度随着铣削长度的增加先显著降低,再平稳上升,后显著上升;切削力随着刀具磨损增加而增加,粗糙度随刀具的磨损先显著降低,再逐渐增加。

Experiment and Analysis of Milling Titanium Alloy TA15

Abstract:The relationship between tool wear,cutting force,roughness and milling length is given based on the milling titanium alloy TA15 under the condition of cutting fluid.The relationship between tool wear,cutting force,surface roughness and machining length of hard alloy cutter is studied when the relationship between cutting force and roughness of cutter is studied.The results show that the maximum wear and cutting force of the hard alloy are increased with the increase of milling length,but the initial wear of the coating tool is found,and the tool wear is slow and the cutting force increases slowly.However,the roughness of the titanium alloy workpiece is significantly reduced with the increase of the length of milling,then steadily and dramatically;the cutting force increases with the increase of tool wear and the roughness decreases with the tool′s wear,then increases slowly.
