风扇后机匣加工工艺方法优化

摘要:航空发动机机匣多为薄壁类零件,存在刚性低、结构形状复杂、材料去除余量大、加工精度高、工艺性差等特点,在制造和使用过程中极易发生变形,严重制约航空发动机的发展。本文从毛坯精化、加工工艺优化、装夹与支撑方式改进等方面出发,分析了风扇后机匣加工变形控制方法。

Processing Method Optimization of Fan Rear Casing

Abstract:Aircraft engine casing is mostly thinwalled parts with low rigidity,complex structure,the material to remove the large margin,high precision machining and poor process characteristics.In the manufacturing and using process,it will be prone to deformation to seriously hampered the development of aeroengine.The deformation control method of fan rear casing processing is mainly studied from the aspects of blank refinement,optimization of processing technology,clamping and supporting methods.
