单边引线结构的直线时栅位移传感器

摘要:为了克服传统直线时栅传感器双边引线的限制和手工绕线一致性差的缺点,结合磁场式时栅测量原理,开展了单边引线结构的直线时栅传感器研究,并通过有限元仿真验证了理论模型的可行性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional linear time grating sensor,such as the limit of bilateralwire,poor uniformity of manual windings,a linear displacement sensor of unilateralwire structure is presented,which is developed based on the time grating technology.The feasibility of the theoretical sensor model is verified in the finite element simulation software.
