面向绿色切削的表面微织构刀具设计及其切削性能的有限元仿真研究

摘要:采用DEFORM-3D有限元仿真软件对梯形槽表面微织构刀具进行切削仿真研究。通过正交试验法,结合等离子刻蚀加工的实际情况,设计了具有不同织构参数的梯形槽表面微织构刀具。研究了织构上宽度、织构间距、织构深度、织构刃边距、织构刃边角五个因素对表面微织构刀具切削性能的影响,经优化后得到了具有最佳织构参数的梯形槽表面微织构刀具。结果表明:合理的织构参数具有良好的减摩效果,能够改善刀具和切屑之间的摩擦状况,促进刀尖处的散热,从而达到降低切削力和切削温度的作用。

Designing and Cutting Performance Research of Surface Microtextured
Tools Based on Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:In this paper,DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software is adopted to investigate the cutting performance of trapezoidal groove microtextured tools.Considering the authentic processing phenomenon of inductively coupled plasma etching,trapezoidal groove microtextured tools with different parameters is designed,and the influence on microtextured tools’ cutting property caused by five affecting factors of textures top width,textures spacing,textures depth,textures distance with cutting edge and textures inclination with cutting edge is researched,through the orthogonal experiments.Meanwhile,optimum parameters of trapezoidal groove microtextured tools are achieved.The result shows that reasonable parameters of the textures have a positive effect on friction reducing.It can improve the friction status of toolchip interface and promote the heat dissipation phenomenon appearing in tool nose,so that the cutting force and cutting temperature of microtextured tools are lower than conventional non-textured tool.
