硬质合金钻头不同钝化型式对加工42CrMo的影响

摘要:硬质合金钻头在加工材料为42CrMo的曲轴法兰端面盲孔时容易出现快速磨损和断刀的现象,大大降低了刀具的使用寿命。通过选用已优选的圆弧型、斜面型和瀑布型刃口钝化型式的钻头进行钻削试验,对轴向力、扭矩和刀具磨损情况进行分析,确定最优的钝化型式为瀑布型,可使刀具寿命提高20%-50%。

Influence on Processing 42CrMo of Different Passivation Type of Carbide Drill

Abstract:When the blind hole of the flange end face is drilling on the diesel crankshaft with 42CrMo workpiece,the tool is always wear quickly and broken,and the tool life is greatly reduced.The drilling test is carried out by the drilling bits of optimized round edge, chamfer edge and waterfall edge.The axial force,torque and tool wear are analyzed,the best passivation type is waterfall edge,and the tool life is improved by 20%-50%.
