断续切削高强度钢SKD61可转位刀片刀型匹配性研究

摘要:可转位钻头是将可转位刀片固定在刀体上实现孔高效加工的主流切削工具之一,而高温高压的工作环境要求其刀体具备优异的抗高温软化性能。SKD61由于添加了强化元素钒和钼具备优异的抗高温疲劳性能而被广泛应用于高性能刀体的制作。然而,高性能的刀体材料也给刀体的生产加工带来困难。通过采用不同刀型(S型、V型和R型)结合涂层与未涂层的试验方法对SKD61进行断续切削试验,分析不同刀型对此种工件材料的切削匹配性,并揭示工件材料与刀型的相互影响作用机制,为高性能刀型的设计与优化选择提供方法借鉴和数据支撑。

Research on Matching between Indexable Inserts Shape and High Strength Steel SKD61 in Process of Intermittent Cutting

Abstract:The indexable drill is one of the main cutting tools that inserts can be fixed on the cutter body to achieve high efficiency of machining hole.However,the high temperature and high pressure work environment requires that the cutter body has excellent resistance to high temperature softening. SKD61 has excellent resistance to high temperature fatigue due to the addition of the strengthened element vanadium and molybdenum.So it is widely used in the production of high performance cutter body. But the highperformance material also brings difficulties to the production and processing of the cutter body.Interrupted cutting experiments are conducted using different shapes of insert (type S, V and R) combined with coating and no coating.The interaction mechanism between workpiece material and inserts′ shapes can be revealed with the goal of providing method reference and data support for design and optimization of high performance inserts′ shapes.
