磨料流研磨处理对硬质合金刀具基体表面和涂层结合性能的影响

摘要:在实际加工过程中,刀具切削刃区表面强化处理的好坏会对涂层结合力以及均匀性产生重要影响。本文采用控制变量法对实际加工中的硬质合金刀具切削刃区进行不同磨料粒度在不同的强化处理工艺下的表面结构对比分析,测试不同条件下涂层结合性能,优化和得到合理的刀具刃区磨料流强化处理工艺。

Abstract:In the actual process,the extent of the surface strengthening on the cutting edge of the tool have an important effect on the adhesion and uniformity of the coating.In this paper,the control variable method is used to distinguish surface structure under different strengthening treatment and abrasive grain size in the cutting edge area of the carbide cutting tool.The abrasive flow strengthening process can be optimized by comparing with coating bonding performance in different conditions.
