基于CE/TOL的滚刀轴部件公差分析与优化

摘要：为了合理地分配滚刀轴部件各零件的尺寸与公差，优化产品设计，利用Pro/E软件对滚刀轴部件进行三维设计。根据功能要求确定分析目标，将分析目标作为封闭环，借助装配模型确定尺寸回路。使用公差模块CE/TOL分析该尺寸链中各组成环对分析目标的影响程度，依据尺寸的贡献度和敏感度找出对封闭环影响最大的关键尺寸。优化关键尺寸及其公差，从而在满足功能的前提下扩大零件公差，提高零件合格率，降低生产成本。

Tolerance Analysis and Optimization of Hob Shaft Component Based on CE/TOL

Abstract:For distributing the tolerances of hob shaft component reasonably and optimizing the product design，three dimensional model of the hob shaft component are designed by using Pro/E software.The analysis target is determined according to functional requirements，and the analysis target is taken as closed link and dimension loop based on the assembly model.Then，the influence degrees of composition links in dimension chain are analyzed by using tolerance analysis module CE/TOL. The key sizes are founded through comparing the contribution and sensitivity of composition loop which are the greater impact size.Finally， under the premise of satisfying product function，the tolerances of key dimensions are optimized to increase part tolerance，improve part passing rates and cut down the manufacturing cost.
