不锈钢用高速钢麻花钻的设计和分析

摘要:为提高不锈钢材料钻孔加工效率和麻花钻使用寿命,对麻花钻螺旋槽、钻尖和顶角等关键几何参数进行针对性设计,有效克服不锈钢切削性能差且不易加工的问题;采用高性能高速钢材料制造,开发适应不锈钢材料加工的专用高速钢麻花钻。通过切削试验对比和验证的方法,分析不锈钢用高速钢麻花钻切削性能的可靠性。

Design and Analysis of Stainless Steel Twist Drills Li Zhengwei
Abstract:To raise the working efficiency of the stainless steel material drilling and the working life of the twist drills, this passage is to study the targeted geometric parameters design, including spiral flute, drill point and pointed angle.The twist drills can effectively overcome the problems of poor cutting performance and it is hard to process. The stainless steel twist drills use high performance high speed steel. By using the comparison and verification of the cutting experiment, this passage analyzes the reliability of the new design stainless steel twist drills.
