CFRP/Al叠层钻扩工艺轴向力分析与研究

摘要:碳纤维增强复合材料作为目前被广泛使用的复合材料之一,相对于金属材料,具有比强度高、比模量高等优点。为满足飞机轻量化的需求,碳纤维增强复合材料与铝合金材料通常以叠层件的形式被广泛应用于飞机关键部位的设计与生产过程中。由于轴向力是影响CFRP分层最主要的因素,且在实际加工过程中,轴向力与去除量之间存在映射关系,因此本文主要研究轴向力与去除量之间的函数关系,找出避免CFRP分层条件下的最大去除量,为后续CFRP/Al叠层制孔加工工艺的开发与研究提供轴向力计算模型。

Analysis and Research on Thrust Force of CFRP/Al Laminated Drilling and Broaching Process

Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced composites are one of the most advanced and widely used composite materials.Compared with metal material,it has some advantages,such as high specific strength and high modulus.In order to meet the demand for lightweight,CFRP materials and aluminum alloy have been widely applied to key parts of aircraft in the form of laminated parts during the design and production process.The thrust force is the main factor of CFRP delamination,and in the machining process,there is a relationship between the thrust force and removal.This paper is mainly to study the functional relationship between the thrust force and the size of removal,and to provide a thrust force prediction model for the research and development of the future CFRP/Al laminated making hole processing technology.
