PCD刀具干式车削Ti6Al4V的正交试验研究

摘要:通过正交试验法研究PCD刀具干式车削Ti6Al4V时切削速度、进给量和切削深度对工件表面粗糙度和刀具后刀面磨损的影响。试验结果表明,切削速度为120-160m/min、进给量为0.15mm/r、切削深度为0.15mm时,可以获得理想的工件表面粗糙度和刀具后刀面磨损量。

Orthogonal Experimental Study on Dry Turning Ti6Al4V with PCD Tool

Abstract:Through orthogonal experiment in dry turning Ti6Al4V,the effects of cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth on the workpiece surface roughness and tool flank wear are investigated.The experiment results show that with the cutting speed range of 120-160m/min,the feed rate of 0.15mm/r and the cutting depth of 0.15mm,the ideal workpiece surface roughness and the tool flank wear can be obtained.
