PCD刀具干式车削Ti6Al4V的正交试验研究

摘要:通过正交试验法研究PCD刀具干式车削Ti6Al4V时切削速度、进给量和切削深度对工件表面粗糙度和刀具后刀面磨损的影响。试验结果表明,切削速度为120-160m/min、进给量为0.15mm/r、切削深度为0.15mm时,可以获得理想的工件表面粗糙度和刀具后刀面磨损量。

Orthogonal Experimental Study on Dry Turning Ti6Al4V with PCD Tool

Abstract:Through orthogonal experiment in dry turning Ti6Al4V,the effects of cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth on the workpiece surface roughness and tool flank wear are investigated.The experiment results show that with the cutting speed range of 120-160m/min,the feed rate of 0.15mm/r and the cutting depth of 0.15mm,the ideal workpiece surface roughness and the tool flank wear can be obtained.
