油压对液压膨胀夹头疲劳可靠性的影响

摘要:油压对液压膨胀夹头在使用过程中造成疲劳损伤产生重要影响,通过有限元理论和疲劳分析理论相结合的方法进行了液压膨胀夹头的疲劳可靠性研究。在夹头静力学分析的基础上定义了液压膨胀夹头的疲劳破坏载荷谱和材料的疲劳特性曲线,采用有限元分析软件计算了夹头的疲劳寿命和疲劳损伤,详细分析了在不同油压和不同概率情况下对夹头疲劳可靠性的影响,并得出最佳的油压值与换刀次数。最后通过试验验证了仿真结果,为夹头的结构设计、加工制造和生产使用提供了参考。

Fatigue Reliability Analysis of Hydraulic Expansion Toolholder in Different Oil Pressure

Abstract:Because of the influence of fatigue damage for hydraulic expansion toolholder in different oil pressure,FEM and fatigue reliability analysis is done to hydraulic expansion toolholder.Based on the static analysis of the toolholder,fatigue failure load spectrum and fatigue characteristic curve is defined,then the fatigue life and fatigue damage of the toolholder are calculated by the finite element analysis software.The influences of different oil pressure and different probability on the fatigue reliability of toolholder are analyzed in detail,and the optimum oil pressure and the number of tool changing are obtained.Finally,the results are verified after experimentation.The results can provide a reference for structural design,manufacturing and production of the toolholder.
