浅析高速钢的内在质量对刀具性能的影响

摘要：阐述了高速钢的化学成分、共晶碳化物不均匀度和碳化物颗粒度对刀具的热处理、机械性能、可磨削性能和最终切削性能的影响，指出高质量的高速钢应是化学成分设计合理、杂质及有害元素少、碳化物分布均匀且颗粒圆整细小、质量稳定的高速钢。

The Analysis of Effect of HSS′ internal Quality on Properties of Tools

Abstract:The paper expounds the effects of HSS′ chemical composition，eutectoid carbide nonhomogeneity and carbide size on heat treatment，mechanical properties，grindability and final cutting performance.It points out that high quality HSS is reasonable composition design，less impurity and harmful substance，uniform carbide distribution，smaller and circular carbide particle，and quality stability.
