大规格重型三面刃槽铣刀设计与变形控制

摘要:大规格重型三面刃槽铣刀设计及制造的关键问题是刀体长时间使用后的变形,其主要影响因素是刀体使用过程中产生的振动和残余应力。采用刀片不等齿距分布设计方法可减轻刀体在使用过程中振动;采用振动时效工艺方法可减小刀体残余应力。

Abstract:The key problem of a heavyduty slotting cutter in tool manufacturing and application lies in the tool body deformation, which is mainly caused by chatter and residual stress.By employing the uneven insert distribution method,the chatter present in manufacturing can be mitigated,and with the vibratory stress relief process, the residual stress can be decreased.
