关节式坐标测量机静力结构误差分析

摘要:利用ANSYS Workbench软件对关节式坐标测量机的测量臂和关节分别进行了静力结构仿真。根据仿真结果分析和计算测量臂和关节受力产生形变时对关节式坐标测量机的最终测量结果的影响。研究结果表明,测量臂和关节受力产生的形变对关节式坐标测量机的最终测量结果产生的影响很小。

Error Analysis of Static Structural for Articulated Arm Coordinate Measuring Machine

Abstract:Static structural simulation of an articulated arm coordinate measuring machine is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.The influences of the measuring results from measuring arms and joints are determined by analyzing and computing when they are deformation because of force. The results show that the influences on the final articulated measurement results of coordinate measuring machine of deformation of measurement arms and joints is small. These factors are very small when researching the error compensate of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.
