通用型外螺纹视觉测量方法研究

摘要：针对不同牙型的外螺纹轮廓，研究通用型视觉测量算法，解决了一种算法测量多种牙型外螺纹的问题。借助双远心测量系统测量7种不同型号及尺寸的螺栓，验证了该算法的通用性。采用亚像素边缘提取方法，测量精度可达0.03mm，证明了该算法的准确性和可行性。

Research on Generic External Thread Measurement Method

Abstract:Aiming at the external thread contours of different tooth types，the general purpose visual measurement algorithm is studied，which solves the measuring problem of a variety tooth type external thread.Two kinds of bolts with different models and sizes are measured by double center measurement system，and the versatility of the algorithm is verified.Using the subpixel edge extraction method，the measurement accuracy is 0.03mm，which proves the accuracy and feasibility of the algorithm.
