碳钢材料超精密切削的最新研究进展

摘要:碳钢材料作为应用最广的工程材料,以成本低廉、应用广泛而倍受超精密加工领域的重视。然而碳钢材料在超精密切削过程中会导致金刚石刀具严重磨损,被认为是金刚石不可切削材料。本文首先对金刚石刀具磨损机理研究进行了综合评述;其次分别从加工工艺、刀具、工件材料以及它们的复合改善等四个方面对各种解决方法进行分类述评和比较分析,并对最有前景的方法进行了展望,以期为化学性质相似的其他元素金属(元素周期表第Ⅳ-Ⅷ族过渡元素Nb、Co、Mn、Ni、Cr、Ti等及其合金)的超精密切削研究提供参考。

Latest Research Progress of Ultraprecision Cutting Carbon Steel

Abstract:Carbon steel,the most widely used engineering material, is been paid more attention in recent years due to its low cost and wide application.But carbon steel is considered to be nondiamondcutting material because diamond tool suffered serious wear.Wear mechanism of diamond tool is reviewed firstly.Then the methods for reducing diamond tool wear are reviewed from machining process,tool,workpiece material and their combination.Finally,all the methods are comparatively analyzed and ultrasonically assisted,diamond cutting is considered to be the most promising method.This work can provide a reference to the ultraprecision cutting of other metal elements with similar chemical properties(transition elements of group ⅣⅧ in the periodic table such as Nb,Co,Mn,Ni,Cr,Ti and their alloy,and so on).
