SiCp/Al复合材料薄壁板谐响应动力学研究

摘要:运用ANSYS14.0软件对SiCp/Al复合材料平板结构薄壁件的共振特性进行谐响应动力学分析,研究了激振力大小、激振力施加位置对试件共振特性的影响。结果表明:SiCp/Al复合材料薄壁板第2阶振型为薄壁板自由端两边角的局部振动,发生共振时振幅最大;试件发生共振时的振动幅值、速度和加速度随激振力幅值的增加而增加;激振力施加位置直接影响试件发生共振时的振动幅值,其中高度方向上施加激振力的位置对试件振幅的影响更大。

Study on Harmonic Response Dynamics of ThinWalled Plate of SiCp/Al Composites

Abstract:The ANSYS14.0 software is used to study the resonant characteristics of thinwalled plate of SiCp/Al composites by harmonic response analysis.The effects of the magnitude and the acting position of the exciting force on the resonant characteristics are studied in the paper.The results show that the second order vibration mode of SiCp/Al composites thinwalled plate presents the local vibration of both sides of the free end of thinwalled plate,and the amplitude is the largest when resonance phenomenon occurs.And the vibration amplitude,velocity and acceleration are increasing with the addition of amplitude of exciting force.The loading position of exciting force has a direct effect on the resonance amplitude of specimen.Among them,the loading position in the height direction has a greater effect on the resonant amplitude.
