真空钎焊金刚石绳锯的切割试验与耐磨性研究

摘要:为改善钎焊绳锯切割时因金刚石磨损过快而失效的问题,选取两种高品级金刚石(ZND2280与HSD80+)进行1100℃真空热处理与摩擦磨损测试。通过磨损时间及形貌的对比发现,HSD80+金刚石相比ZND2280金刚石在磨耗磨损阶段可以维持更长时间。在此基础上制备了两种金刚石的Ni基钎焊绳锯,并进行钢筋混凝土的现场切割试验,结果显示:使用HSD80+金刚石的绳锯切割性能更好,工作效率可达6.4m2/h,相比ZND2280绳锯效率(2.8m2/h)明显提升,与摩擦磨损试验反映的磨料耐磨性规律相符。

Cutting Tests and Abrasion Resistance Studies of Vacuum Brazed Diamond Saws

Abstract:To solve the problem that diamonds are easily worn out when the brazed diamond saws cut the steel concretes,two kinds of highquality synthetic diamonds (ZND2280 and HSD80+) are heated at 1100℃ in a vacuum furnace and then examined by abrasion resistance tests.According to the comparison of working period and wear morphology,diamonds of HSD80+ can stand with a longer time at the normal wear stage than diamonds of ZND2280.On this basis,the Nibased brazed saws are fabricated with two kinds of diamonds and the corresponding cutting experiments are applied on the steel concretes.The results show that the brazed saws using diamonds of HSD80+ had a better cutting performance,because its cutting speed can reach 6.4m2/h,more than twice that of the ZND2280 diamond saws (2.8m2/h),which is consistent withthe abrasive behavior of specific diamonds.
