皮质骨钻削过程中的温度场分析

摘要:在种植义齿修复过程中,齿槽骨的活性是影响种植成功与否的决定性因素。而温度是影响细胞活性的关键因素,所以有必要研究齿槽骨钻削过程中的温度变化。因为牛骨和人骨具有很高的相似性,所以本文以牛骨代替齿槽骨进行研究,建立基于ABAQUS的医用钻头和皮质骨的钻削仿真模型,通过试验验证了其可行性,并研究了主轴转速和进给速度对钻削温度的影响规律。研究结果表明:齿槽骨钻削过程中,温度随着进给速度的增加而增大,并随着转速的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势。

Analysis of Temperature Field in Drilling of Critical Bone

Abstract:In the process of dental implantation,the activity of alveolar bone cells is a decisive factor affecting the success of planting,and temperature is the key factor affecting the cell activity.Therefore,it is necessary to study the temperature during alveolar bone drilling.Because of the high similarities between bovine and human bones,bovine bone is used to instead of alveolar bone for research.The drilling simulation model of medical drill bit and cortical bone based on ABAQUS is established.The effectiveness of the simulation is verified experimentally,the effect of spindle speed and feed rate on the drilling temperature is studied.The results show that the maximum temperature in the process of alveolar bone drilling is increased with the increase of feed speed,and it is decreased firstly and then increased with the increasing of rotation speed.
