基于激光加热辅助铣削的GA-BP神经网络刀具寿命预测

摘要:激光加热辅助铣削是通过激光束对待加工工件进行预热,并借助传统切削技术进行加工的一种新型加工技术,能够改善其加工性能。研究激光加热辅助铣削高温合金的关键技术,采用激光加热对高速铣削镍基合金Inconel 718过程中硬质合金涂层刀具磨损进行分析,通过GABP神经网络对激光加热辅助铣削预测高温合金刀具寿命,得到了较理想的刀具寿命预测模型。

Tool Life Prediction of GABP Neural Network Based on LaserAided Milling

Abstract:Laserassisted milling is a new type of processing technology that preheats the workpiece by laser beam,and it is improved by means of conventional cutting techniques to improve process ability.In this paper,the key technology of laser heating auxiliary milling superalloy is studied.The wear of cemented carbide coating in the process of highspeed milling of nickelbased alloy Inconel 718 is studied by laser heating.The laserassisted auxiliary milling milling tool is studied by GABP neural network life expectancy,and the ideal tool life prediction model is obtained.
