轴承套圈硬车削加工变形分析

摘要：建立基于接触应力分析的轴承套圈硬车削加工变形有限元仿真模型并进行了试验验证。结果表明：仿真预测与试验结果有较好的一致性；不同卡爪形状偏差对圆度变形量的影响程度不一；周向多点分布式的装夹方式更有利于减小加工圆度误差。

Simulation of Bearing Ring Roundness Deviations in Hard Turning

Abstract:This paper proposed a finite element simulation model of clamping and machining deformation of bearing rings based on contact stress analysis，and the results are verified by experiments.It is found that the shape deviation of claw has influence on roundness deviation.It is suggested that multipoint clamping is the best way to reduce the roundness deviation.
