基于MAX-PAC半开式整体叶轮加工路径规划的研究

摘要:针对整体叶轮难加工和加工效率低的特点,提出了分区域加工和三角形走刀加工策略,并运用MAX-PAC软件进行数控编程。提出采用恒定体积去除率和恒定铣削厚度的方式对刀路轨迹进行优化,并运用了VERICUT进行五轴加工仿真。在五轴加工中心上对Ti6Al4V钛合金叶轮进行实际加工,铣削加工效率提高了29.6%,验证了加工策略和优化方式的可行性,对同类零件加工起到很好的指导作用。

Research on Machining Path Planning of SemiOpen Integral Impeller Based on MAXPAC

Abstract:The overall impeller has the characteristics of difficult processing and low processing efficiency.According to the actual situation,this paper presents a subregional processing and triangulation processing strategy,and the use MAXPAC software for NC programming.It is proposed to optimize the tool path by using constant volume removal rate and constant milling thickness,and use VERICUT for fiveaxis machining simulation.The machining efficiency of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy impeller is improved by 29.6% on the fiveaxis machining center.It is verified the feasibility of processing strategy and optimization method,and plays a very good guiding role in the processing of similar parts.
