钝化参数对刀具钝化非对称刃口的影响

摘要:刀具刃口钝化通过消除刃口上的微观缺陷,改变切削刃的微观形貌,实现提高刀具寿命、改善切削性能和获得较好的已加工表面的目的。本文采用立式旋转钝化法对硬质合金刀具进行钝化,通过刀具刃口钝化正交试验研究刀具钝化非对称刃口K因子随主轴转速、钝化时间、磨粒粒度和磨粒配比等的变化规律,采用数学回归方法建立刀具钝化非对称刃口K因子的数学模型,并通过方差分析验证了该预测模型的正确性,为优化刀具钝化工艺参数和提高刀具刃口钝化效率提供依据。

Influence on Cutting Edge Preparation Parameters of Asymmetric Edge

Abstract:Tool edge preparation prolongs the service life of tool and elevates the processing surface quality and cutting performance through modifying the cutting edge contour.The cemented carbide milling cutting edge is prepared in the drag finishing.The influence law of the spindle rotation rate,the edge preparation time,the abrasive size and abrasive ratio on the asymmetric edge K factor are analyzed in this paper.The math model of the asymmetric edge K factor is set up through the mathematical regression method.The correctness of the edge prediction model is verified by the variance analysis,which lays the foundation for the edge preparation optimization and realizing the highspeed and high efficiency machining.
