基于组合曲面的叶片仿真造型

摘要:为解决叶片数控加工过程中由于叶片缘头曲率较大且易发生突变,造成加工干涉的问题,提出了一种基于组合叶片的多层螺旋线轨迹规划算法。采用组合曲面的方法,将叶片截面线划分为前缘、后缘、叶盆和叶背四个部分,提出了多层的螺旋轨迹算法。利用VERICUT完成了其虚拟仿真,证明该算法能够满足加工要求。

Blade Modeling Simulation Based on Combination Surfaces

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of processing interference caused by large curvature of the blade edge and sudden change in the blade during NC machining,a multilayer spiral trajectory planning algorithm is proposed based on the combined blade.The composite curved surface method is used to divide the blade into four parts: leading edge,trailing edge,leaf pot and leaf back.A multilayer spiral trajectory algorithm is proposed.By using VERICUT,the virtual simulation is completed to prove that the algorithm can meet the processing requirements.
