基于组合曲面的叶片仿真造型

摘要:为解决叶片数控加工过程中由于叶片缘头曲率较大且易发生突变,造成加工干涉的问题,提出了一种基于组合叶片的多层螺旋线轨迹规划算法。采用组合曲面的方法,将叶片截面线划分为前缘、后缘、叶盆和叶背四个部分,提出了多层的螺旋轨迹算法。利用VERICUT完成了其虚拟仿真,证明该算法能够满足加工要求。

Blade Modeling Simulation Based on Combination Surfaces

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of processing interference caused by large curvature of the blade edge and sudden change in the blade during NC machining,a multilayer spiral trajectory planning algorithm is proposed based on the combined blade.The composite curved surface method is used to divide the blade into four parts: leading edge,trailing edge,leaf pot and leaf back.A multilayer spiral trajectory algorithm is proposed.By using VERICUT,the virtual simulation is completed to prove that the algorithm can meet the processing requirements.
