基于PMAC的定位平台数据实时采集方法

摘要:为了在基于PMAC的定位平台中实现数据的实时采集,对PMAC运动控制器的位置捕捉功能及PLC程序进行了研究。通过将光电传感器的触发信号输入到ACC-8P附卡中作为位置捕捉功能的激发信号,PMAC控制器会采用硬件寄存器来捕获当前光栅尺计数值并储存到捕捉寄存器中,整个过程为高速实时进行,同时通过PLC程序实时监测捕捉标志变量,并及时将捕捉的数据转存,上位机软件最后再将所有转存的数据采集计算,最终实现了对定位平台数据的实时采集。

Method of Realtime Data Acquisition of Positioning Platform by PMAC

Abstract:In order to realized the realtime data acquisition on positioning platform based on PMAC,the position capture function and PLC program of PMAC motion controller are researched.The trigger signal of photoelectric sensor is put into ACC8P vice card as an exciting signal of the position capture function.PMAC controller can capture the current gauge value of grating ruler by using hard register and save it into a capture register.The whole process is at a high speed and real time.At the same time,the flag variable is monitored and captured by using PLC program.The captured data is dumped timely.All dumped data is collected and calculated with a host computer,and the realtime data acquisition of positioningplatform is realized.
