异参数直廓环面蜗杆的五轴车铣复合加工

摘要：介绍了直廓环面蜗杆的形成与常规加工方式，结合加工原理分析了传统方法加工某些异参数直廓环面蜗杆存在的硬件障碍，提出了采用车铣复合机床加工异参数直廓环面蜗杆的创新工艺方法，并编制出异参数直廓环面蜗杆的加工程序。

Five Axis Turn Milling Compound Machining of Hindley Worm with Unusual Parameters

Abstract:The article introduces the formation of hindley worm and traditional processing methods.Combined with the machining principle， the hardware obstacles that cannot be overcome by the traditional method for machining the hindley worm with unusual parameters.Then an innovative process is proposed to process the hindley worm with unusual parameters by turning milling machine tool.The machining program of the hindley worm with unusual parameters is worked out.
