基于仿真与试验分析的高硅铝合金涂层刀具铣削性能研究

摘要:在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,利用有限元仿真软件AdvantEdge FEM对涂层刀具铣削高硅铝合金CE11的铣削过程进行虚拟仿真分析,研究铣削力随铣削用量改变的变化规律。以正交试验为基础,通过搭建试验平台进行铣削试验,验证仿真结果的正确性,根据试验结果进行仿真试验参数的优化调整。基于仿真试验结果对采用硬质合金刀具和TiAlN涂层刀具铣削高硅铝合金的铣削力试验数据分别进行极差分析,优选出最佳切削用量方案。对两种刀具的试验结果进行对比分析可知涂层刀具的优越性。

Research on Milling Performance of High Silicon Aluminum Alloy Coated Tool
Based on Simulation and Experimental Analysis

Abstract:Based on the analysis of research at home and abroad,the rules of the milling force varying are studied with milling dosage through carrying out simulation analysis on the process of milling cutter milling high Silicon Aluminum alloy CE11 with the finite element simulation software AdvantEdge FEM.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the milling experiment is carried out to verify the result of simulation.The simulation experiment parameters are optimized on the basis of the experimental results.Based on the simulation results,the experimental data of the milling force of high Silicon Aluminum alloy is analyzed by means of carbide cutting tools and TiAlN coated tools respectively,and the optimum cutting parameters are selected.The experiment results of the two different knives are compared to present the superiority of the coating tool.
