金属基超硬磨料砂轮电火花—ELID复合修整试验研究

摘要:针对金属基超硬磨料砂轮高质量难修整的问题,采用电火花—ELID复合修整技术,打破传统的低精度的一步到位修整方法,并基于正交试验对修整参数组合进行优化,由极差分析得到各因素对金属基超硬磨料砂轮修整质量的影响程度大小,并以此为基础进行工艺试验研究。

Experimental Study on EDMELID Composite Trimming of MetalBased SuperHard Abrasive Wheel

Abstract:The metalbased superhard abrasive grinding wheel is difficult to finish with high quality.Using EDMELID composite finishing technology instead of the traditional lowprecision onestep trim method,the combination of trim parameters is optimized based on orthogonal test.The influence degree of each factor on the quality of metalbased superhard abrasive grinding wheel is obtained by the range analysis,and the engineering testing is carried out.
