基于椭圆形滤波器的三维数据逆向建模技术

摘要:本文提出一种基于新滤波的算法——基于椭圆形滤波器的傅里叶变换轮廓术(EFTP),用于提取携带重构三维表面轮廓必不可少的相位信息的载频信号。与传统Bartlett、BlackmanHarris、Hamming和Hanning滤波窗函数相比,椭圆形滤波器滤波窗函数(Elliptical)能更好地滤出携带有物体高度信息的载频信号。通过传统滤波器与椭圆滤波器的滤波对比试验可知,基于椭圆滤波傅里叶轮廓测量技术的高度均方根误差略小于其它滤波算法,使用椭圆滤波器能有效减少误差,提高轮廓测量的精度,试验证明了该滤波方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The new filtering algorithm(Elliptical Filter) for Fourier transform profilometry(FTP) is presented to extract carrier signal carrying essential 3D surface profile phase data of a threedimensional profile measurement.Comparing to the traditional filtering algorithms including Bartlett filtering,BlackmanHarris filtering.Hamming filtering and Hanning filtering,the new filtering algorithm can propose better filter out the carrier frequency signal with the object height information.Through the comparative experiment of elliptical filter and traditional filter,the root mean square(RMS) value of the elliptical bandpass filter based on fourier transform profilometry of the elliptical filter is less than other filtering algorithm.The accuracy can be effectively enhanced and the error reduced by using the elliptical filter algorithm.The experimental results prove the effect and feasibility of the method.
