钻削镍基高温合金小孔的试验研究

摘要:为研究钻削镍基高温合金小孔加工参数对钻削力和转矩的影响,进行单因素和正交试验研究,运用极差分析法对试验数据进行分析处理,优化钻削镍基高温合金小孔的加工参数。通过试验数据进行多元回归分析,建立了钻削镍基高温合金小孔轴向力和转矩的经验公式。研究表明:适当提高钻头转速有利于减小钻削力和转矩。

Experimental Study on Drilling Small Holes in NickelBased Superalloy

Abstract:In order to study the effect of drilling parameters on drilling force and torque of nickelbased superalloy,the single factor and orthogonal scheme are used to study the parameters.The experimental datas are analyzed and processed by the method of range analysis,and the machining parameters of drilling nickelbased superalloy holes are optimized.At the same time,the experimental data are analyzed by multiple regression analysis,and the empirical formula of axial force and torque of drilling nickel base superalloy is established.The experimental results show that an appropriate increase in drill speed tends to reduce the drilling force and torque.
