基于DEFORM的CFRP铣削过程仿真和参数优化分析

摘要:基于DEFORM对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的加工方法进行研究。建立了CFRP的本构模型和3D铣削有限元模型;探究了切削速度、进给量、铣削宽度和铣削深度对3个方向铣削力的影响。选用正交试验设计方法来进行试验,选用响应面法来建立近似模型,基于AMGA遗传算法对CFRP铣削参数进行多目标优化。同时,将优化结果进行建模计算,发现切削力降低,验证了参数优化方法有效性。

Analysis on CFRP Milling Process Simulation and Parameter Optimization Based on DEFORM

Abstract:The processing method of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) is studied based on DEFORM.The CFRP constitutive model and 3D finite element model of milling are established.The impact of cutting speed,feed rate,milling width,milling depth on the three directions milling force are explored.Orthogonal experimental design method is used to arrange the experiment.The response surface method is used to set up an approximate model,and the multiobjective optimization of CFRP milling parameters is carried out based on the AMGA genetic algorithm.At the same time,the optimization results are modeled and the cutting force is found to decrease,which the effectiveness of the parameter optimization method is verified.
