珩轮基体建模与误差分析的研究

摘要:珩齿加工中,珩轮基体的精度是影响齿轮工件精度的重要因素。在传统的珩轮基体建模方法中,根据珩轮基体工艺参数,通过水平偏置标准渐开线得到基体端面渐开线。本文提出了新的珩轮基体建模方法,通过旋转标准渐开线得到基体端面渐开线。基于这两种建模方法,使用三维建模软件UG建立珩轮基体三维模型,测量分析模型的齿形误差和齿向误差。根据误差分布规律验证新建模方法具有良好的误差补偿性,可弥补被珩齿轮的挖根、削顶、中凹效应。

Reseach of Modeling and Deviation Analysis for Gear Honing Tool Matrix

Abstract:The precision of the honing wheel matrix is an significant factor to influence the accuracy of gear workpieces in the process of gear honing.According to the process parameters of the matrix,the end face involute of matrix is generated by offsetting standard involute in traditional modeling method,and the end face involute of matrix is formed by rotating the standard involute in this paper.The two 3D models of honing wheel matrix are established by the software UG/NX,the tooth profile deviation and lead deviation for the two models are analyzed.The new modeling method has advantage of excellent deviation compensation according to the distribution regularity of deviation items,“the undercutting”,the “the tip rounding”and “the midconcave” phenomena on honed gear tooth flank can be avoided reasonably.
