车削加工温度场分析及实验研究

摘要:建立车削过程中基于热传导控制方程的刀具三维温度场模型,设置初始条件和边界条件。结合材料的JohnsonCook本构模型和剪切失效准则,使用ABAQUS软件对YW1类硬质合金刀具车削45钢进行有限元仿真。比较了不同切削速度和切削深度下的刀具前刀面温度场分布,通过车削实验验证刀具的温度场模型。实验结果表明,该模型可以有效地预测刀具在切削过程中的温度场分布。

Analysis and Experimental Study of Temperature Field in Turning

Abstract:A threedimensional temperature field model of cutting tool based on heat conduction control equation is established,and initial conditions and boundary conditions are set.Combined with the JohnsonCook constitutive model and shear failure criterion of materials,ABAQUS is used to simulate the turning of 45 steel with YW1 carbide tools. The temperature distribution of tool rake face under different cutting speed and cutting depth is compared,and the temperature field model of tool is verified by turning test.The experimental results show that the model can predict the temperature field distribution of cutting tool effectively.
