轴流式闭式叶轮的五轴加工技术

摘要:闭式叶轮的结构比较复杂,通常采用分层侧铣和定轴插铣两种加工方式进行粗加工。基于五轴加工技术,采用闭式叶轮通道定轴高速铣削的加工方法,借助刀轴优化技术,高效地完成轴流式闭式叶轮的五轴加工。

Abstract:The structure of closed impeller is complex.The layering side milling method and the fixed milling method are usually used for rough machining.Through the fiveaxis machining technology,according to the tooling axis optimization technology research,the closed impeller channels are rough machined with fixedaxis highspeed milling method,and the fiveaxis machining of the axial closedtype impeller is completed with high efficiency.
