基于切削力的石油管螺纹刀具破损分析

摘要:随着钢材的力学性能和耐用度不断得到提高,石油管加工企业不同程度地开发出了具备高强度、高耐蚀等性能的石油行业专用钢。这些钢的成分中大都含有镍、铬、钒等难加工材料,随着这类元素含量的提高,加工程度也变得异常困难。本文对石油管螺纹加工刀具在使用过程中的切削力进行收集整理,利用有限元仿真法分析石油管螺纹刀具在切削系统中的受力情况,进而通过受力情况分析刀具破损机理,通过微观刃口强化方法来强化石油管螺纹加工刀具。

Damage Analysis of Oil Pipe Thread Tool Based on Cutting Force

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the mechanical properties and durability of the steel,the petroleum pipe processing enterprises have developed high strength,high corrosion resistance and other high performance special steel for oil industry in different degrees. Most of these steels contain difficult to process materials such as nickel,chromium and vanadium. With the increase of the content of these materials,the degree of processing becomes extremely difficult.This paper collects the cutting force of the thread machining tool in the oil pipe,analyzes the force situation of the thread cutting tool in the cutting system by the finite element method,analyzes the mechanism of the tool breakage through the force condition,and strengthens the cutting tool of the petroleum pipe through the micro edge strengthening method.
