RV精密减速器的传动误差分析及应用

摘要:本文以RV精密减速器为研究对象,使用RV减速器综合性能测试仪进行试验,获得在空载条件下RV精密减速器的传动误差曲线图。通过傅里叶变换观察RV精密减速器传动误差频谱的各个频率分量,结合RV精密减速器内部结构,确定传动误差分量来源,以达到传动误差溯源的目的。改变转速以及载荷进行试验,基于实验数据拟合出转速、载荷和传动误差之间的函数,分析转速、载荷对于传动误差的影响,在RV精密减速器运转时适当调整转速和载荷可以减小传动误差。本文对于提高RV精密减速器传动精度以及误差修正有重要意义。

Analysis and Application of Transmission Error Based on RV Precision Reducer

Abstract:By using the RV reducer performance tester toobtain the transmission error curve of RV precision reducer under no-load condition,RV precision reducer is taked as the object of study.By analyzing the characteristics of each frequency component of the transmission error curve and theinternal structure of the RV reducer,the source of the transmission error component so as to achieve the purpose of tracing the transmissionerror is found.Experiments are carried out under different rotating speeds and loads.Based on the experimental data,the formula of speed,load and transmission error is fitted and the influence of speed and load on transmission error can be analyzed so that when the RV precision reducer is running,proper adjustment of the speed and load can reduce the transmission error.This paper is useful for the improvement of transmission accuracy and error correction of RV precision reducer.
