直线度和平面度的光电检测装置设计

摘要:形状公差测量是评定零件精度的重要基础。针对零件表面直线度、平面度等几何形状公差常见测试方法的不足,设计了一种高精度激光板靶式几何形状公差光电检测装置。通过典型三坐标行走机构沿被测零件表面运动,安装于Z轴的激光发射装置发出激光并照射到可移动的四象限PSD同步板靶,信号经电路放大和实时采集,上位机记录当前数值并实时显示。与现有测量装置相比,本设计可以实现直线度、平面度形状公差的在线测试和快速评定。

Design of Photo Electric Detecting Device for Straightness and Flatness

Abstract:The measurement of form tolerance is an important basis for evaluating the accuracy of parts.In view of the shortcomings of the common testing methods for straightness,flatness and other geometric tolerance of parts,a highprecision photoelectric detector for geometric tolerance of laser plate target is designed.The typical three coordinate walking mechanism moves along the surface of the measured part,laser emission device installed on the Z axis of the emitting laser beam to four quadrant PSD synchronization board target.The signal is amplified and collected by circuit in realtime.The computer record and display the current test value.Compared with the existing measuring devices,the design can be used for online testing and rapid evaluation of straightness,flatness shape tolerances.
