空间载波数字散斑干涉脉动微变形的全场测量

摘要:本文运用空间载波数字散斑干涉法测量薄板的离面脉动微变形,实现了对非周期或非规则周期振动的动态定量测量,克服了传统频闪法数字散斑干涉测量对振动频率稳定性的严格要求。理论和试验证明,本方法能够测量微纳米级别的全场脉动变形,最大可测脉动频率与相机帧率和变形幅度相关。

Fullfield Measurement of Micro Deformation of Pulsation Using
Spatialcarrier Digital Speckle Pattern Interferometry

Abstract:Outofplane microdeformation of pulsation is measured by use of spatialcarrier digital speckle pattern interferometry.Experiments show that nonperiodic or irregular periodic vibration can be quantitatively and dynamically determined.The ability to measure arbitrary vibrations makes spatialcarrier digital speckle pattern interferometry outperforms traditional stroboscopic digital speckle pattern interferometry which strictly requires the stability of vibration frequency during the measurement.Theory and experiments show that fullfield nanomicroscale deformations of pulsation can be measured and the measurable maximal frequency of pulsation depends on camera frame rate and deformation amplitude.
