钻头涂层与刃型对电路板钻孔性能的影响

摘要:采用单因素试验法对PCB进行钻削试验,研究不同钻削参数下,不同刀具结构及涂层对钻削轴向力的影响,测量不同钻头所钻削孔的尺寸精度,与未涂层钻头进行对比分析,得出最适合PCB加工的刀具结构与涂层,解决切屑缠绕的问题,保证孔径尺寸精度,提高钻孔质量。

Effect of Drill Coating and Edge Profile on Drilling Performance of PCB

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different tool structures and coatings on the axial force of drilling under different drilling parameters,the single factor experiment is used to drill the PCB.The dimensional accuracy of the drilled holes of different drill and the uncoated drill bit are compared.The tool structure and coating which are most suitable for PCB processing can be obtained,which can effectively solve the problem of chip winding,ensure hole size accuracy and improve drilling quality.
