钻削高强度钢的切削振动特性研究

摘要:由于高强度合金钢34CrNi3MoV硬度高、屈服强度大,在钻削加工过程中易产生振动失稳。利用ANSYS软件分析了钻削系统在工作状态下的振型模态,得到相关模态参数。建立了钻削系统在工作过程中钻头四个自由度方向的动力学模型,并根据再生颤振机理分析了颤振对切削厚度的影响,据此计算出钻削过程中的动态切削力,由传递函数建立钻削稳定性模型。利用MATLAB数值分析软件进行稳定性计算,得到钻削系统稳定性叶瓣图。通过对切削振动特性的分析,为提高钻削加工效率、改进钻削高强度钢工艺提供了理论基础。

Study on Cutting Vibration Characteristics of Drilling High Strength Steel

Abstract:Due to the high hardness and yield strength of the highstrength materials,vibration instability occurs easily during drilling.Therefore,by using ANSYS software,the mode shapes under working conditions are analyzed and the relevant modal parameters are extracted.A fourdegreeoffreedom dynamic model of the drill bit of the drilling system during drilling process is established.Then,based on the regenerative chatter theory,the influence of chatter on cutting thickness is analyzed and the dynamic cutting force is calculated according to the dynamic cutting thickness.After that,the drilling stability model is established based on the transfer function and the stability lobes diagram of the drilling system is obtained by using MATLAB numerical analysis software.Through the analysis of cutting vibration characteristics,the theoretical basis is provided for improving the drilling efficiency and drilling technology of highstrength steels.
