选区激光熔化悬垂结构支撑添加研究

摘要:选区激光熔化技术(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)是一种增材制造工艺,以粉末床为特征,利用高能激光束分层熔接金属粉末的方式成型三维零件,逐层堆积的工艺特点决定其在制作悬垂结构时需要添加支撑。支撑的添加方法可以分为自动添加和手动添加两种。目前依靠软件自动添加的支撑结构依然存在不足,需要手动配合添加支撑才能保证零件的高效成型。然而手动添加支撑的操作较为繁琐,对操作人员的要求较高,需要开展深入研究,积累工艺经验。本文主要通过对SLM打印悬垂结构过程中出现的变形问题进行分析,总结了手动添加支撑的基本规律,并且通过ANSYS Additive软件分别对手动和自动添加的支撑结构及零件结构成型过程中的变形进行模拟仿真,验证支撑添加规律的正确性。

Study on Addition of Support for Suspension Structure During 
Selective Laser Melting Process

Abstract:Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is a kind of additive manufacturing process.It is characterized by powder bed.The highenergy laser beam is used to weld metal powder layerbylayer form threedimensional parts.The layerbylayer stacking process determine that support structures are required to fabricate suspension structure.The method of adding support structure can be divided into two categories:one is automatic addition;the other is manual addition.However,the support structure automatically added by software still has shortcomings,so it is necessary to manually add support to ensure efficient manufacturing of the parts.At present,there is no complete manual addition support theory as the basis for support addition.It is basically added by the experience of the operator.Therefore,it is meaningful to investigate the addition of support so as to fabricate the part successfully.This paper mainly analyzes the deformation problems in the process of SLM printing suspension structure,summarizes the basic rules of manual addition support,and uses ANSYS Additive software to separately predict the deformation of the manual and automatically added support structure and part structure so as to verify the correctness of the support addition rules.
