螺旋槽丝锥槽型参数优化及其攻丝过程分析

摘要:介绍了螺旋槽丝锥的结构特点以及槽型的设计要求。基于CNC螺旋槽磨沟机与SP2000轮廓仪设计了3组丝锥槽型结构参数,对304L不锈钢材料进行了切削性能试验研究。结果表明:优化后的三圆弧槽型中M-1槽型丝锥的扭矩值较小,磨损量较低且切屑形态良好,保证了丝锥的芯部强度,提高了其使用寿命。

Optimization of Groove Parameters and Analysis of
Tapping Process of Spiral Groove Tap

Abstract:The structural characteristics of spiral flute tap and the design requirements of flute type are introduced.Based on the design of CNC spiral groove grinding machine and SP2000 profilometer,three sets of tap groove structure parameters are designed,and the corresponding cutting performance test of 304L stainless steel material is carried out.The results show that the M1 groove taps in the optimized three arc flute tap has less torque,lower wear and good chip shape during the tapping process,ensure the core strength of the tap and improves its service life.
