小压力角滚刀通用滚齿模拟方法

摘要:针对小压力角滚刀通用性差的缺陷,研究小压力角滚刀滚切多种相同基圆节距齿轮时啮合节圆的算法,利用计算机软件对包络过程进行模拟,得到理论加工齿形与目标齿形的误差。根据设计允许的误差判断刀具借用的可行性,通过实际生产实例,验证了该方法的正确性,为提高小压力角滚刀利用率,降低生产成本和刀具库存提供了理论支持。

Simulation Method of Small Pressure Angle Hob for Generalized Hobbing

Abstract:As a result of poor universality of small pressure angle hob,in order to get the error between processed profile and aim profile,the calculate method for hob produceing varies gears with same base pitch is studied and the computer program to simulate the generating process is used.The feasibility of the cutting strategy can be judged according to the design tolerance.A production instance is presented to verify the correctness of the proposed method.Therefore,theoretical support for improving the utilization of small pressure angle hob and reducing the production cost and tool inventory are provided.
