微小型行星减速器强度性能试验台的研制

摘要:为研究微小型行星减速器的强度性能,研制了微小型行星减速器强度性能试验台,可准确地测量出断裂破坏实验中减速器齿轮承载力矩和转角的关系。试验台由机械系统、测控系统和测量软件构成,主机采用立式结构,结构简单,装卡方便,便于操作。重点介绍了试验台的工作原理、构成和主要零部件的设计。试验结果表明,该试验台可以实现微小型行星减速器齿轮强度性能的快速测量,为测量结果的统计分析和改进微小型减速器的设计提供了依据。

Development of Atrength Performance Test Bench for Micro Planetary Reducer

Abstract:In order to study the strength performance of micro planetary reducers, the strength performance test bench of micro planetary reducer is developed.The test bench can accurately measure the relationship between the torque and the angle of the gear of the micro planetary reducer in the fracture failure experiment. The design of the test bench adopts a vertical structure, which is mainly composed of mechanical system, measurement and control system and measurement software. It is simple in structure, convenient in installation and operation. This paper mainly introduces the working principle, composition and design of main parts of the test bench. The test results show that the test bench can realize the fast measurement of the strength performance of the gears in the micro planetary reducer, and the statistical analysis of the results can provide the basis for improving the design of the micro planetary reducer.
