基于DS18B20的传感器阵列在空间温度场研究中的应用

摘要:提出一种基于DS18B20的温度传感测量系统可应用于空间温度场的分析与研究。该系统主要由DS18B20温度传感器阵列、LCD1602液晶显示屏、单片机和上位机组成,可以实现对环境中多点空气温度的实时测量,对环境中温度场的监控和记录。通过该系统测量面热源在垂直方向上的空间温度场实验并构建数学模型。实验表明该系统具有空间分辨率高、测温精准以及成本低等优点,可为空间温度场研究及特殊工况下的温度场监控提供有力手段。

Abstract:A DS18B20based temperature sensing measurement system is presented,which can be applied to the analysis and research of space temperature field.The system is mainly composed of DS18B20 temperature sensor array,LCD1602 liquid crystal display,singlechip microcomputer and upper computer.The realtime measurement of the multipoint air temperature in the environment can be realized to monitor and record the temperature field in the environment.By experimental tests,the space temperature field of the surface heat source in the vertical direction is measured and a mathematical model is constructed.The system has the characteristics of high spatial resolution,precise temperature measurement and low cost,it can provide a powerful tool for space temperature field research and temperature field monitoring under special conditions.
