三坐标测斜面孔时坐标投影偏差及不确定度

摘要:结合面投影和坐标平面投影两种投影原理,应用FARO和ZEISS两种三坐标测量机对磨刀机外壳上的斜面孔进行测量,观察被测孔的尺寸和坐标位置偏差,并对被测孔的圆度和测量平面的平面度误差所产生的不确定度进行分析。结果表明,两种途径测量偏差合理,满足定位误差及形状误差产生的不确定度的要求,为利用三坐标测量合理建立零件逆向CAD模型提供了依据。

Measurement of ObliqueFace Holes

Abstract:Based on the projection principle of plane projection and coordinate plane projection,the oblique face on the shell of the grinder is measured with FARO and ZEISS coordinate measuring machines,and the size and coordinate position deviation of the measured holes are observed.The uncertainty caused by the roundness of the measured holes and the flatness errors of the measured planes is analyzed.It is concluded that the deviation of measurement results is reasonable in two ways,which meets the requirements of uncertainty caused by positioning error and shape error,which provides a basis for the reasonable establishment of reverse part CAD model by means of 3coordinate measurement.
