Al2O3基陶瓷刀具干切削淬硬钢H13时的加工表面质量研究

摘要:试验研究了不同速度下Al2O3/(W,Ti)C陶瓷刀具的磨损寿命以及不同后刀面磨损量时对应的切削温度,不同切削速度时刀具后刀面磨损量对表面粗糙度、表面残余应力以及加工硬化等表面完整性的影响规律及机制。结果表明:随着切削速度提高,工件已加工表面粗糙度减小;随着陶瓷刀具后刀面磨损量增加,表面粗糙度先减小后增大;已加工表面的残余压应力随切削速度增大而逐渐减小;表面残余应力随后刀面磨损量增大从残余压应力向残余拉应力转变;随着切削速度的提高,工件表面加工硬化逐渐降低;已加工表面显微硬度值和硬化层深度随后刀面磨损量增加而增大。

Study on Surface Quality of Hardened Steel H13 While Dry Cutting Al2O3
Based Ceramic Cutter

Abstract:The wear life of ceramic tool Al2O3/(W,Ti)C at different speeds and the corresponding cutting temperature at different flank wear are studied,the influence law and mechanism of tool flank wear on surface roughness,surface residual stress and work hardening are also studied.The results show that the machined surface roughness decreased with the increase of cutting speed.The surface roughness decreases first and then increases with the increase of tool flank wear.The residual compressive stress of the machined surface decreases with the increase of cutting speed.The surface residual stress is transformed from compressive stress to tensile stress with the tool flank wear increased.With the increase of cutting speed,the workpiece surface hardening decreases gradually.The microhardness of machined surface and the depth of hardened layer are increasing with the increased of tool flank wear.
