镁合金CMT—电弧增材再制造工艺与组织性能研究

摘要:采用CMT焊接技术对AZ31B镁合金增材再制造工艺进行研究,从焊缝形貌、微观组织、摩擦磨损试验方面评价其工艺参数。结果表明:CMT快速增材再制造镁合金的合理工艺参数为送丝速度13m/min、焊接速度14m/min;增材组织晶粒明显细化,耐磨性与母材相当,满足大多数使役工况。

Study on Remanufacturing Process and Microstructure of Magnesium
Alloy CMTarc Additives

Abstract:The CMT welding technology is used to study the additive remanufacturing process of AZ31B magnesium alloy,and the process parameters are evaluated from the weld morphology,microstructure,and friction and wear tests.The results show that the wire feeding speed of 13m/min and the welding speed of 1.4m/min are the reasonable process parameters for remanufacturing magnesium alloys with rapid CMT additive.The grain of the additive material is significantly refined and the wear resistance is comparable to that of the base metal,which satisfies most of the working conditions.
