基于工艺试验的零件加工硬化现象优化

摘要：针对某项目中Z6CNT1810奥氏体不锈钢在生产中出现的加工硬化现象，采用合理的切削加工参数对奥氏体不锈钢进行切削试验。经实际加工验证，解决了不锈钢加工硬化影响及刀具磨损问题，零件加工质量及效率得以明显提升，具有极好的应用推广价值。

Improvement of Machining Rigidification Based on Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:Focused on the improvement of machining rigidification problems of Z6CNT1810 material part，the orthogonal experiments with reasonable machining parameters are carried out.The machining rigidification and cutting tool wear problems are reduced and the machining quality and efficiency are improved.
