基于工艺试验的零件加工硬化现象优化

摘要:针对某项目中Z6CNT1810奥氏体不锈钢在生产中出现的加工硬化现象,采用合理的切削加工参数对奥氏体不锈钢进行切削试验。经实际加工验证,解决了不锈钢加工硬化影响及刀具磨损问题,零件加工质量及效率得以明显提升,具有极好的应用推广价值。

Improvement of Machining Rigidification Based on Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:Focused on the improvement of machining rigidification problems of Z6CNT1810 material part,the orthogonal experiments with reasonable machining parameters are carried out.The machining rigidification and cutting tool wear problems are reduced and the machining quality and efficiency are improved.
